These terms apply to the Kascade app, published by Ketch Labs Inc.. By using Kascade, you agree to them.
The Ketch Labs website has its own separate terms, which do not replace these.
Your licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Kascade on devices you own or control, in line with the app store's own terms. The app is licensed, not sold.
Fair use
Please do not:
- Copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law permits it.
- Use the app to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
- Interfere with the app's security, or with any service it depends on.
Your content
Anything you create or save in Kascade stays yours. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not use it to train anything or to advertise to you.
Our content
The Kascade name, icon, design and code belong to Ketch Labs Inc. or our licensors.
Purchases and refunds
Kascade has no in-app purchases.
Availability and changes
We improve Kascade over time, which means features can change or be removed. We may also stop supporting older operating system versions.
No warranty
Kascade is provided as it is. We build it carefully, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, where Ketch Labs Inc. is based.
