Kascade is designed to be playable without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The App may store gameplay information such as:

• Game progress
• High scores and gameplay statistics
• Coins, boosters, and other in-game inventory
• Game preferences and settings
• Purchase status

Some of this information may be stored locally on your device.

Certain third-party services integrated into the App may automatically collect technical information, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Device or advertising identifiers, where permitted
• General diagnostic and performance information
• Advertising interaction data
• Approximate location derived from technical information such as an IP address
• Purchase and transaction information related to in-app purchases

The information collected depends on the services used, your device settings, permissions, and applicable privacy laws.

Kascade may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements that allow you to receive optional in-game rewards.

We may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob to provide and measure advertisements.

Advertising providers may process information about your device and interactions with advertisements for purposes such as delivering ads, measuring performance, preventing fraud, and, where permitted and consented to, providing personalized advertising.

Where required, Kascade will request your consent before using information for personalized advertising or tracking.

You may decline tracking or personalized advertising where these choices are available. Declining does not prevent you from using the App, although the advertisements you see may be less personalized.

On Apple devices, Kascade may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies.

If you decline this permission, Kascade will respect your choice. You can change tracking permissions later through your device’s privacy settings.

Kascade may offer optional in-app purchases, including consumable items such as coins or boosters.

Payments are processed through the platform from which you downloaded the App, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Ketch Labs Inc. does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.

Third-party services used to manage in-app purchases may receive transaction information necessary to validate and manage purchases.

Information processed through Kascade may be used to:

• Provide and operate the game
• Save or maintain gameplay progress
• Provide in-game items and purchases
• Display and measure advertisements
• Provide rewarded advertisements
• Improve game performance and reliability
• Diagnose crashes, errors, and technical problems
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information for money.

Kascade may use third-party services to operate certain features of the App. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Depending on the version and features of Kascade, these providers may include:

• Google AdMob — advertising and rewarded ads
• Apple App Store — distribution and payment processing
• Google Play — distribution and payment processing, where applicable

These companies operate independently and may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Gameplay information stored locally remains on your device until it is deleted by the App, you clear the App’s data, or you uninstall the App.

Information processed by third-party service providers may be retained according to their respective retention policies and legal obligations.

We retain information under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Kascade is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children beyond information necessary to operate the App.

We do not knowingly request that children provide their name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information through the game.

Third-party advertising and platform services may apply additional protections or restrictions based on a user’s age, region, or device settings.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can review the matter.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is processed.

You may also be able to control certain privacy settings directly through your device, including advertising and tracking permissions.

Requests concerning information held directly by a third-party provider may need to be submitted to that provider.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under our control.

However, no electronic storage, transmission, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Some service providers used by Kascade may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

When information is transferred internationally, it may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Kascade changes or to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
